Use this page to request deletion of an in-game account and the personal information associated with it.
Delete Your Account in the Game
The quickest way to initiate account deletion is through the account or privacy settings in the relevant game.
If you no longer have access to the game or cannot use the in-game deletion option, submit a request by email.

Send an account-deletion request
Alternatively, email admin@nacid.me with the subject Account deletion request and include:
- the name of the game;
- your Player ID or User ID;
- the email address associated with the account, if applicable; and
- your platform, such as Android or iOS.
If you are requesting deletion for more than one game, identify each game and the corresponding Player ID.
Do not send us your Google, Apple, app-store, or other account password. We will never ask you to provide a password by email.
Verification and Processing
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm that you own the account. We will use that information only to verify and process your request.
We will acknowledge your request and complete it within the period required by applicable law, generally within 30 days after verification. We will notify you when the request has been completed or if additional time is legally permitted and required.
What Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the in-game account and personal information associated with it, including:
- account and profile information;
- synchronized game progress;
- achievements, scores, and account-linked game history;
- account-linked virtual currency and virtual items; and
- other account-linked personal information that we are not required to retain.
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted progress, virtual currency, virtual items, and other account data cannot be restored.
Information We May Retain
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary and permitted by law for:
- legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- payment and transaction records maintained by us;
- fraud prevention, security, and enforcement;
- resolving disputes or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; and
- backups awaiting deletion through the ordinary backup cycle.
Where possible, retained information will be restricted from further use and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription or create a refund. Subscriptions must be managed through the platform where they were purchased. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the platform's refund rules.
